Frisch's will open its second Liberty Township location on Aug. 27.
Frisch?s Restaurants Inc. is opening a new restaurant Aug. 27 in Liberty Township.
The new eatery, located at 7075 Yankee Road, will employ 100 people.
?Our recent expansion is in response to high customer demand. Liberty Township, in particular, has been a huge supporter of our restaurant," said Karen Maier, Frisch?s vice president of marketing.
This will be the second Frisch?s Big Boy located in Liberty Township.
Frisch?s (NYSE MKT: FRS) is a regional operator of family-style restaurants under the Frisch?s Big Boy name. It currently operates 93 restaurants and there are 25 franchise locations.
