Communication & Evaluation OfficerIBTCI (International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc.) is seeking a Kenyan Communication & Evaluation Officer to play a central role in the day-to-day communication and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) needs of tthe Monitoring & Evaluation Program for Somalia (MEPS)
The position requires:
- Kenyan citizenship
- Very strong written English language skills, feeling at ease with the writing of succinct, informative and highly readable reports, bulletins, debriefs?
- Strong inter-personal and interview skills
- University degree and very strong IT skills
- Somali speaker
Desirable but not required
- Local knowledge of the Somalia language and/or experience working in Somalia
- Journalism, report-writing and multi-media experience
- Experience working in a similar program, focused exclusively on M&E
